Prescriptions
To refill your prescription please fill in all of the information below.
- You will need the name of the medication and your prescription number.
- Request refills on-line at either refills@tcupharmacy.com anytime day or night.
- Click on the Prescription Refill button below and enter your information.
- Call the pharmacy during pharmacy hours (817)257-8849, or
- Bring in the old prescription and fill out a refill request form.
